Kinkie is a UK fetish marketplace that has been trading since 2014 — the title on the door is "Buy & Sell Dirty Panties & Used Sex Toys" — run as a classifieds board by ATW Ltd of Westcliff-On-Sea, on a no-commission model where sellers keep what they earn. It calls itself the largest marketplace platform in the UK and the number one adult marketplace in Europe; both are its own claims. Dick ratings are named business there, not something you squint to find: the category copy lists "penis rating services (via photograph or web cam)" among its "naughty experiences," and the dedicated dick-rate tag ran to 350+ listings by our count, from "Let Me Rate Your C*ck!!" to a "SMALL PENIS HUMILIATION SCORE BOARD."

Buying works like a classified ad, because it is one. You browse and enquire free — in their words, "without the need for any annoying registration process" — which makes Kinkie the only human option in this directory with no buyer account at all, and that deserves plain credit. The raters are individual sellers, predominantly women and UK-skewed, though men can sell and both sides can be worldwide. There is no house format; what a rating contains appears to be entirely per-seller. One live listing offered a £6 text paragraph, a £12 audio and a £15 video, required three images, and carried a 5-star average across 74 reviews; £6–£20 is typical, and listings were timestamped hours old when we checked.

The trade for all that lightness is that the platform steps out of the transaction entirely. There is no checkout — "All sales are completed off line between the seller and buyer directly," per the FAQ. You enquire via the seller's email, negotiate, and pay by the "discreet payment methods" the site suggests to sellers: gift vouchers, Cash App, bank transfer "or even bitcoin." We found no escrow or payment protection mentioned anywhere, and those are the least-recoverable payment rails there are. That is the classifieds model working as designed, not a mark against anyone on it — and the standard classifieds hygiene applies: start small, since at £6 the downside is £6, and favour sellers with long review histories, which the listings display. Third-party reviews of the site itself are mixed. Sellers pay a subscription from £5; buyers pay nothing but the rating.

We share exactly one property with Kinkie — no account — and diverge on everything after it. There, no registration means no platform between you and the seller: three images go to a person you emailed, at a negotiated price, on rails with no recourse. Here, no account means no second party at all: an AI reads the photo, nobody human sees it, it is deleted after analysis, and a structured breakdown — 16 measured attributes, percentile and distribution charts — arrives in about a minute for $4.99 once, paid through an ordinary checkout.

If you want a cheap human reaction from a big, live, UK-priced roster and are comfortable running the deal yourself, Kinkie is the flea-market version of what Dick Ratings Only and MyClub sell with more infrastructure around the transaction — both have full pages here. If you want the answer with no email thread and no judgement calls about payment rails, we are the other end of that spectrum.

04When to pick them

Pick Kinkie if you want a cheap human rating from a big UK-skewed roster without creating an account anywhere, and you are comfortable being your own payment protection — enquiring by email, paying on rails with no recourse, and managing that with small first purchases and sellers whose review histories are long.
