Terms of Service.

If you're 18 or older, you can upload a photo and get an automated reading. Your photo is encrypted, processed in private compute, and (by default) deleted within 15 minutes unless you unlock the case file. Don't upload anyone else's photo. Don't upload photos of minors. We're a tool, not a doctor.

You must be 18 years of age or older. By using the service you confirm that the photo you upload is your own and that every person depicted is also 18 or older. Knowingly uploading photos of minors is a serious crime and we report it to the appropriate authorities.

The service may not be available in all jurisdictions. You're responsible for compliance with your local laws.

You can use most of the service anonymously with a generated handle. An optional account links your case files across devices via a sync email. You're responsible for keeping your handle and email secure. Account creation is free.

You retain ownership of every photo you upload. You grant us a narrow, revocable license to process the photo for the purpose of generating your case file (segmentation, measurement, scoring). Free-tier photos are purged within 15 minutes. Unlocked photos are retained for the lifetime of the case file or until you delete them, whichever comes first.

EXIF data is stripped client-side before upload. Photos are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We never sell, share, or use your photo for training.

It is a deterministic computer-vision pipeline that produces a composite score, archetype label, pillar breakdown, and percentile against a reference cohort.

It isn't medical advice, a diagnosis, a urological consultation, or a substitute for one. If you have health concerns, talk to a doctor.

Case file unlocks are a one-time charge of $4.99 per case file (subject to local tax). Skins are one-time purchases tied to your handle for life. All payments are processed by Stripe — we don't store card data.

Refunds are honored within 14 days if the analysis pipeline fails for technical reasons. Buyer's remorse is not refundable. Email support@ratewithai.co to request a refund.

Don't: upload photos of anyone other than yourself; upload photos of minors; attempt to abuse, exploit, or scrape the service; impersonate another user; use the service to harass anyone; reverse-engineer the pipeline; bypass rate limits or paywalls. Violations result in immediate termination and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.

The site, code, branding, design system, archetypes, scoring methodology, and cohort data are owned by us and licensed to you for personal use. Once the Public Atlas (currently in preview) reaches its release threshold, its aggregate data file will ship under CC-BY-SA.

Your photos and case files are yours. You can delete them at any time from your dashboard; downloads are available on request via support@ratewithai.co.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger zone. Deleting cascades: case files, photos, skins, handle, all gone.

We can suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or applicable law. We'll notify you at the sync email on file when we do.

The service is provided as is and as available. No warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Scores, archetypes, and percentiles are statistical — not absolute truth.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes go to arbitration in Delaware before going to court.
